Three-Day Yoga Sádhaná Shivir Concludes at Malur, Karnataka
Malur, Karnataka: The three-day Yoga Sádhaná Shivir, held at Ananda Marga Polytechnic, Malur, concluded in a deeply spiritual and blissful atmosphere with the participation of Margiis from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala.
The Shivir provided participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding and practice of Ananda Marga Sádhaná, along with systematic Yoga and Ásana training, collective meditation, Kiirtan, Swádhyáya and spiritual discussions.
Under the guidance of Ácárya Vimalananda Avadhuta, participants received detailed guidance on Ananda Marga Sádhaná lessons, the finer aspects of spiritual practice and the importance of regular and sincere Sádhaná in progressing toward the highest goal of human life.
