Yoga For Health – Orientation Program for Degree College Students

MQI Degree College in Bangalore extended an invitation to Ananda Marga Bengaluru and Cosmic Yoga Studio for hosting an orientation session titled “Yoga for Good Health”. The purpose of this session was to introduce the students of the 2023-24 batch to the transformative benefits of yoga and meditation. Attended by eager students from BCA, BBA, and B.COM courses, the event provided a comprehensive insight into Ananda Marga Yoga practices and emphasized the vital role of yoga in one’s daily life.
Led by experienced Yoga Trainer Shri Ranjan Dev, the session delved into the essence of yoga as the alignment of individual consciousness with supreme consciousness. Practical exercises, including breathing techniques, neuro exercises, and specific Asanas targeting brain function and memory enhancement, were conducted. Yama Niyama “A Guide to Human Conduct” also introduced to students, staff, and the Director sir.
Deepeshwar Dev efficiently coordinated Asanas demonstrations, ensuring the program’s smooth execution.








The college management and students expressed deep gratitude for the insightful session, pledging to embrace yoga’s benefits in their routines. The organizers were lauded for their efforts, and anticipation for future sessions of a similar nature was voiced.


Yogasanas Training Program for Senior Students

Ananda Marga Bengaluru and Cosmic Yoga Studio joined forces to organize a Yoga Meditation Class at Quathul Islam Institution MQI Degree College in Bengaluru. The event garnered spirited engagement from senior students of BCA, BBA, and B.COM.
Leading the class was Yoga Trainer Shri Ranjan Dev, who illuminated attendees about Yoga’s essence as “the unison of individual consciousness with supreme consciousness.” He delved into the Bio-Psychological aspects of Asanas, guiding students through breathing exercises, neuro exercises, and specific Asanas aimed at enhancing brain function and memory. The students actively participated in Asana practices, followed by Kaushiki and Tandava.
In essence, the Yoga Meditation Class offered profound insights into Yoga’s principles and its potential to nurture physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The event’s triumph and its positive influence on participants underscore Yoga’s significance in modern life.
