With the spirit of compassion and selfless service, Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, Bengaluru Bhukti successfully conducted a series of humanitarian service programs across Bengaluru and surrounding areas during December 2025, reaching hundreds of needy families and children.

As part of the Winter Relief initiatives, blanket and scarf distribution programs were organized at Kudiyanur Village, Malur on 20 December 2025, benefiting 180 needy families, along with stationery distribution for 120 government school children. Additional blanket distribution drives were conducted at Ganapathi Halli on 17 December 2025, benefiting 40 families, and at Channasandra Main Road, Rajarajeshwari Nagar on 14 December 2025 (morning), supporting 55 families.

Spiritual service was integrated with social action through a three-hour Akhand Kiirtan conducted at Didi’s Jagriti, Bengaluru on 14 December 2025, followed by blanket distribution for nearby slum cluster families, benefiting 115 needy families.

Another Winter Relief Drive was organized at Hoysalanagar, Rammurthy Nagar on 13 December 2025, benefiting slum labourer families through blanket distribution, along with colour books and crayons for children. The program was conducted in the presence of Acarya Sadashivananda Avadhuta (RS Dada) with support from Sampark and RHA NGOs.

These initiatives reflect Ananda Marga’s continued commitment to service, dignity, and social upliftment, harmonizing spiritual inspiration with meaningful action for the welfare of society.

Ananda Marga Joins the Young Environment Ambassador Award Ceremony 2023 on the Global Stage

On Monday, 31st July 2023, the Young Environment Ambassador Award Ceremony was organized by Let’s Do It India Foundation in collaboration with the Delhi University Student’s Union at the India International Center, Lodhi Garden, New Delhi.

AMURT Global Team had the honor of being invited as special guests to share the platform. The event featured insightful speeches from Senior Purodha Acarya Rudrananda Avadhuta and Senior Margii Haranand ji, addressing the audience.

Acarya Rudrananda Avadhuta emphasized the current global situation and the crucial role of active youths in societal leadership. He highlighted the significance of providing holistic training to empower young leaders to take up responsibilities and contribute to creating a brighter civilization in the future, mentioning the roles of Ananda Marga in this endeavor.

Haranand ji inspired the audience to shift from an individualistic mindset (“I”) to a collective and inclusive one (“We”). He urged everyone to embrace society without discrimination, promoting a sense of responsibility towards all living beings, including plants, animals, and every creation of God. He also emphasized the importance of two Vedic Mantras in leading a purposeful life:
1. Saḿgacchadhvaḿ saḿvadadhvaḿ
2. Oṋḿ madhu vátá rtáyate madhu kśarantu sindhavah

The event served as an essential platform for Ananda Marga to represent itself on a global stage through the Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team. Prominent personalities such as Ac. Madhuvratananda Avt, Gautam Ji, and others also graced the occasion with their presence.

Blood Donation Camp and Free Plant Saplings Distribution Commemorate Souls of Balasore Train Accident Victims

Jamshedpur 08/06/2023 – Ananda Marga organized a 2-hour blood donation camp for the eternal peace of the souls of the people who died in the Balasore train accident, specifically targeting A+ and AB+ blood groups, where 10 units of blood were donated, along with the free distribution of plant saplings.

Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha’s Global Secretary Acharya Abhiramananda Avadhuta and Public Relations Secretary Acharya KalyanMitranand Avadhuta were present during the inspection of the Jamshedpur unit. These individuals participated in the program, boosting the morale of the volunteers and expressing their wishes for the peace of the departed souls in the train accident.

In remembrance of the immortal souls of those who died in the Balasore train accident, Ananda Marga will observe Environment Week from June 8th to June 14th. Near Sonari Kabir Temple and Ananda Marga Jagriti Gadra Jamshedpur, free distribution of 1,000 and 5,000 seed balls will be held among various organizations and rural communities, aiming to reduce the heat of the Earth. Additionally, instructions on making seed balls will be provided to prevent any seed from getting wasted and instead contribute to the lap of nature. This effort will eventually take the form of trees.

Moreover, a pledge for environmental conservation was also taken.
