Madhu Mandita Center in Prayagraj is a Yoga dhyan center and Marga Guru quarter that focuses on teaching Sadhana and Asanas for the physical, mental, and spiritual upliftment of individuals. As an active unit of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, a global spiritual and social service organization founded in 1955 by Shrii Shrii Anandamurti (Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar), the center is aligned with the organization’s mission of self-realization and service to humanity.
At the Madhu Mandita Center, individuals are guided in practicing Sadhana, which encompasses various spiritual practices, and Asanas, which involve physical postures. These teachings aim to foster personal growth and inner transformation in individuals across all aspects of their being. By combining physical exercise and spiritual practices, the center supports the holistic well-being of its participants.
In addition to its focus on individual upliftment, the Madhu Mandita Center actively serves suffering humanity through Narayan Seva. This service-oriented initiative involves providing assistance and care to those in need, with the aim of alleviating suffering and contributing to the welfare of the community. By engaging in selfless acts of service, the center embodies the spirit of collective welfare advocated by Ananda Marga.
