The initiative to establishing a master unit in Anand Shivali was taken prior to buying a 2.08 hectare land for the same around July in the year 2020. The initial goal was to construct a building and also start the work on wire fencing on all four sides of the building.

Plantation as deemed important for self-sustainability while also promoting afforestation was carried out and sesame crop had been planted on the land. Through the help of the local populace barbed fencing wire with angles to tighten them is to be laid out on all four sides of the Master Unit building which surmounts to a total cost of 93000/- to develop it, which in return would save the plants from recurrently being eaten out by stray animals in that area.

Agriculture Project

For the Panch agriculture (Five types of crops that are to be grown) according to Rev. BABA’S planning and guidelines, the land had to be prepared for that sort of agriculture to be established so various plots were demarcated and the work towards it has been in progress. Fruit orchards, Medicinal Garden and Flower Garden which is a multi-faceted approach towards agriculture which is to replicate an ecosystem such that of a forest, has been launched as well.
