Yoga Meditation Outreach Program in MQI Degree Islamic College

Ananda Marga Bengaluru and Cosmic Yoga Studio joined forces to organize a Yoga Meditation Class at MQI Degree College in Bengaluru. The event garnered spirited engagement from students of BCA, BBA, and B.COM.

Leading the class was Yoga Trainer Shri Ranjan Dev, who illuminated attendees about Yoga’s essence as “the union of individual consciousness with supreme consciousness.” He delved into the Bio-Psychological aspects of Asanas, guiding students through breathing exercises, neuro exercises, and specific Asanas aimed at enhancing brain function and memory. The students actively participated in Asana practices, followed by Kaushiki and Tandava.

In essence, the Yoga Meditation Class offered profound insights into Yoga’s principles and its potential to nurture physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The event’s triumph and its positive influence on participants underscore Yoga’s significance in modern life.

“Yoga to Manage Work-Life Stress” Free One Week Yoga Class at Government RC College, Bengaluru

Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, Bengaluru organized Free One Week Classes on “Yoga To Manage Work-Life Stress” in Government RC College of Commerce and Management, Bengaluru. Session held on Breathing exercises, Neuro-glandular Exercises, Guided Meditation, Asanas practices, and Massage techniques. Real Yoga practices in a methodological way have been introduced to participants.

Àcàrya Guniindrananda Avadhuta, Àcàrya Chinmayanand Avadhuta, and Ranjan Dev Dada took the practical “Bio-Psychology, Yoga Psychology, and Yoga Sádhaná Classes.

Renaissance Universal Talk – Concentrated Thinking & Study of Yoga & Biopsychology

  1. “Introduction to Concentrated Thinking” at St. Aloysius Degree College, Cox Town, Bangalore: Under the guidance of Trainer Àcàrya Gatimayananda Avadhuta, the session introduced the concept of “Abhidhyan,” which, through regular practice, empowers individuals to elevate their minds from imperfection to perfection via concentrated thinking. Practitioners who engage consistently can overcome psychic defects and regulate imbalances in glands, nerves, nerve fibers, and physical well-being.
  2. Yoga Class at RBANM First Degree College, Bangalore on International Yoga Day: Trainer Àcàrya Gatimayananda Avadhuta illuminated the profound meaning of Yoga, stressing that the very essence of human existence is centered around it. This insightful perspective was shared during a Yoga Class held on the occasion of International Yoga Day, enriching the experience for participants.
  3. Seminar on “Pondering to Ignite the Spirit of Psychology & Intuition” at Surana College: In a seminar organized by the RU Club in Bengaluru, post-graduate students in Psychology gathered at Surana College to engage in a talk led by Àcàrya Gatimayananda. The seminar delved into the intriguing topic of psychology and intuition, offering attendees a comprehensive understanding and insight into these realms of knowledge.

AMURT Global: Monthly Free Medical Camp for Laborers in Slum Camps

Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team Global (Bangalore) in collaboration with Karunalayam Hospital, organized Free Medical Camp for underprivileged laborers and their families residing near Mullur, Bangalore. The camp was held on 4th Dec 2022 at the premises of Sampark School, CLPD Factory. The camp was conducted by a team of 3 doctors – a General physician, a gynecologist, and a pediatrician – pharmacists and nurses taking care of diagnostic needs (Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar etc). The camp benefitted 81 patients with free consultations, free check-ups, and free medicines. AMURT is working with Karunalayam Hospital to regularize this as a monthly camp. Many many thanks to all the Sympathizers of AMURT Global, AMURT Global volunteers, Karunalayam team, the Sampark NGO team, and CLPD Management for the successful start of the free medical camp program at Sarjapur Road.

PCAP Plantation Program

Ananda Marga PCAP Bengaluru held an impactful Green Movement Tree Planting Initiative at the Primary Health Centre in Kodathi, Bengaluru. Our unwavering commitment to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Plants is creating a sacred ambiance. With the support of the PHC Doctor’s team, 110 trees were planted by dedicated PCAP volunteers.
